Figure out what your "maintain weight" calories are and eat 500 calories LESS than that number every day.2. Exercise for at least 30 minutes, 5x/week.3. Drink water! Divide your weight in half and drink that number in ounces of water every day.(4. Make healthier choices as you go along and get better at doing steps 1-3.)FROM THE VIDEO:The salad is:1 Bowl of Romaine Lettuce and Spinach2 Tbsp Light Vinaigrette Dressing1/2 Tomato, sliced1/4 Cucumber, peeled and sliced1/4 Cup Garlic Feta Cheese= around 110-130 calories :DYUM!Green Tea (and similar Asian teas), English Breakfast Tea and Irish Breakfast Tea need no sweetener if you use 1 Tsp of lemon juice instead (0 calories). I think the point is to lose weight and enjoy food. I don't know about you -- but I like her idea a lot better ( I absolutely love feta cheese!). Not to mention it's really hard to eat 4 small meals a day when you're busy.And also -- training for intervals isn't a great way to lose weight. You lose weight by getting your heartbeat up. So training for 30 minutes straight will work better.

pretty sure the point is she's lost weight doing this. everyone's body is different, and has different reactions to different things. so don't be quick to judge and say she's wrong.

Poor girl has it all wrong. You'll be overweight forever like this. Feta cheese salad as a snack between meals? lol. Its simple, workout in the morning, eat fresh, steam your veggies and 4 small meals a day and a protein shake at 7:30pm. stop watching tv and eating crap. Don't eat late and interval train (sprint 1 min, jog 2min for a total of 30 min a day) mix in weights and you'll look great.

People think they have to do some crazy extreme weight loss plan because most people don't have the patience to wait a year or so to get to their goal weight. They want an overnight miracle, but of course that never works for the long term.
