I've lost 15lbs in a month without major changes to my diet or having to exercise a lot. I still drink the occassional Coke. I eat cookies. I eat bacon sometimes. I eat white bread. However some days all I eat is a bowl of soup and a piece of bread. Occassionally in a day I havent eaten anything. Its all about eating when you're hungry. Also shifting your diet to healthier options without being self-denying with foods you love. Theres no plan that works you must get in touch with yourself.

One more tip. Set a sleep schedule of at least 8 hours with a bedtime. This regulates your circadian rhythms allowing you to feel less tired and hungry.
